How Do You Buy?
Make your purchase online and your coloured gemstone or jewellery will be verified by our experts, before FedEx ships it to you free of charge. Because you buy direct from the Trade, you must pay your own local import duties. FedEx will contact you and collect payment online before they deliver. How Do You Sell?
You must be a registered Trade Member to sell on Gembridge. We charge 8% sales commission. Only the most trusted suppliers of coloured gemstones pass our strict requirements

Can Anyone Be A Gembridge Member?
Everyone can join Gembridge. Industry professionals register as Trade Members and consumers as Friends of Gembridge.

I Am A Member Of The Trade, What Can I Do On Gembridge?
First, you register as a trade member, and then you can buy, sell and consign coloured gemstones and jewellery at wholesale prices in our Trade Market. This trade market is password-restricted to Trade Members only. You can also sell to Friends of Gembridge in our consumer market at wholesale-plus prices.
Who Can Buy And Who Can Sell?
Anyone can buy from Gembridge, but only registered Trade members can sell. This helps to ensure that gemstones sold on Gembridge meet the highest international quality standards.
How Does Gembridge Verify Its Members?
To help build a community of trusted people, every Member’s registration data is verified against millions of records, including watchlists for money launderers, criminals, terrorist financing, global sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and adverse media. Trade Members must also be peer-reviewed before they are approved.

What Is The Easiest Way To List On Gembridge?

Why Is Accurate Cataloguing So Important On Gembridge?
All Gembridge listings feature expert cataloguing and full disclosure. Why is accurate disclosure important? A stone must match its cataloguing on Gembridge or the Buyer can return it. We strongly suggest that Sellers fully and accurately disclose all details (e.g. treatments) to ensure cataloguing information matches exactly.
Are My Coloured Gemstones Insured?
All coloured gemstone or jewellery shipments must be insured.
Can I View Items In Person Before I Purchase?
Buyers can request a physical viewing in a secure room in their local Brink’s or Malca-Amit office, paying market rates for the shipment and secure viewing room.
Can I Put My Own Selections Of Gemstones On Gembridge?
Yes, you can feature a themed selection of coloured gemstones on Gembridge.
Can I List My Coloured Gemstones On Gembridge With Their Reports?
We encourage Trade Members selling on Gembridge to upload reports issued by reputable labs.
Can I Place My Coloured Gemstones On Consignment With Another Member?
Yes, we just require additional information from the consignee about their insurance, security arrangements and financial health. If additional insurance is required, Gembridge can assist.
Payments and Charges
How Much Will You Charge Me?
Buyers pay the sale price, which includes our commission. Gembridge charges a flat rate of US$250 for each shipment.
Who Arranges For The Shipment After Purchase?
The Seller arranges the shipment. Gembridge charges a flat rate of US$250 for each shipment.
When Is Payment Made For Gemstones And Services?
Once a stone is sold, Gembridge immediately collects payment from the Buyer. Gembridge transfers the proceeds of the sale to the Seller 72 hours after delivery, net of commissions.
Can I De-list A Stone?
Yes, but you cannot sell the stone to another Member within 12 months.
Shipping and Returns
Which Shipping Partners Do We Recommend?
We prefer FedEx, unless the purchase is above US$50,000, in which case we recommend Malca-Amit.
Do You Have A Returns Policy?
Yes, if your purchase does not match its cataloguing, you can return it.

What Is A Gembridge Ambassador?

Is Gembridge A Licensed Company?
Yes, Gembridge is incorporated in Singapore and holds a Precious Stones and Precious Metal Dealing and Trading License. Gembridge is also regulated by Singapore’s Ministry of Law for purposes of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism, in cooperation with the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), which is leading regulatory reforms across 200 countries.
