7.16 ct Paraiba Tourmaline
A pear-shaped 7.16 ct Paraiba tourmaline presenting a top intensity greenish-blue colour. Discovered in the Maraca mine in Mozambique’s Nampula district, it measures 15.8 x 11.6 x 8.0 mm and is oil and heat enhanced. While the stone has eye-visible silk inclusions, they are not a major distraction due to the quality of the in-house cutting. Secure viewing is available on request.
